Diagram options

These settings specify how result diagrams will be displayed.

SettingDescription
Result lines appearance Border lines of diagram can be shown as thin or thick lines. Default color is red for positive and blue for negative values. Line color can be changed to background color too.
Show result lines Direction of diagram lines for particular face depends on its normal direction. Diagrams with different directions usually overlap and it is possible to hide diagram of particular direction here.
Face appearance Diagram faces can be represented as following:
  • Transparent – without any color
  • Plain colors – positive values with red color and negative with blue color
  • Result color – color scale depending on result values is used
  • Grid pattern – additional grid lines within diagram faces are drawn. Offset between grid lines can be specified here too (default is 1.0). Grid line color is red for positive values and blue for negative values. Thickness of grid lines can be specified in Result lines appearance settings. Grid pattern is useful if underlying structure is not planar and consequently optical illusion affects the feeling which values are bigger.
Show faces Diagram of each face can connect values in longitudinal or/and transverse direction of the structure. Additionally top face of the diagram can be shown too.
